Wellbeing Sessions online with Purnima:

Tues & Sat | 6-7pm | Zoom | Age 16+ | Free | Register

The sessions are 45 minutes long and include:

1.Simple physical exercises - basic focus on moving all the joints in our body.

2.Breathing exercises for better inflow of oxygen and thereby strengthening our immunity.

3.Relaxing Meditation
