Comics Plus

Comics Plus gives you unlimited access to thousands of digital comics, graphic novels, and manga. Titles are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with no need to place holds. The comics are intended for all ages. 

Note: Children under 16 will need parental guidance due to the graphic nature of certain content.

You can access the Comics Plus app on your computer browser, tablet or mobile device.  

Logging into Comics Plus 

You will be asked to login to your library/school. Ensure that you are logging into Upper Hutt Libraries NZ and enter your library card and pin number or password. 

Using Comics Plus App 

• Search Apple App Store or Google Play store for ComicsPlus app. 
• Download the ComicsPlus app.
• Search for Upper Hutt Libraries.
• Enter your library card number and pin/password.

My shelf 

To view your shelf, tap the heart button at the bottom of the page. 

• At the top of the page, you get the option to view comics on the device or the in the cloud option. 
• The "On device" option will show you all the comics you have started reading on the device or all the comics you have added to your shelf on this device. 
• The "In the cloud" option, shows you all the comics you have either started to read or added to the shelf on another device. 

In either page, you can sort your shelf by: 

• Title 
• Publisher 
• Install date
