Upper Hutt Libraries offers the Skinny Jump programme in partnership with the Digital Inclusion Alliance Aotearoa.
Skinny Jump is designed for households at risk of digital exclusion and those in our community who don't have a broadband connection.
Participants receive a free modem and 35GB of data for $5 on the pre-pay service with no fixed contract. Read more on the Skinny Jump website.
