About Jayne Fox
Jayne is an ADHD coach and mental health coach and was named PREKURE’s 2024 Mental Health Coach of the Year. Her own journey with ADHD and neurodivergence informs her compassionate, neuro-affirming and LGBTQIA-friendly approach.
With certification from the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and holding ICF ACC and PREKURE Master Health Coach credentials, she offers a broad toolkit of strategies for neurodivergent adults. She helps people understand themselves more deeply, honour their strengths, and take meaningful steps toward what matters to them most.
