Planned maintenance for Libraries’ Database on 16 May

We are planning to complete some important maintenance on our database next week.

The following services will be unavailable during this time:

• access to your online account (My Account) and the Library app;
• access to the Digital Library and services like Libby and Kanopy; and
• searching items and placing holds on the catalogue.

We expect the outage to last from 7PM Wednesday 15 May to 7PM Thursday 16 May.

If you are planning to visit the Library during the outage, please know that our onsite services will be affected too.

Things you should know before your visit:

• Please bring your Library card with you. You will be unable to issue any items without your card.
• You can continue to return your items through the returns slot at our entrance or in the returns bin by the back carpark.
• We will process returns once the database is up and running again.
• You will still be able to borrow a Chromebook, print or scan documents, and use the internet with our free Wi-Fi.

We return to business as usual on Friday, 17 May.
